Greenwood Village is a community of about 13,000 just outside Denver, close enough to be a suburb. It is in the DTC area, about a 20 minute drive from downtown Denver. There are Il Fornaio restaurants all across the country as well as this one in Denver and they have the same menus, but they are each individual, with their own atmosphere, each one perfectly fitting into it's neighborhood. Il Fornaio in the Denver DTC has the feel of Italy, white table cloths for elegance and wooden chairs in the main dining room giving them a casual elegant atmosphere and style and yet they are very family friendly- the kids have their own menu. During the nice warm months, you can dine on the outdoor piazza, under a canopy or in the bright Denver sunshine. There is plenty of parking also.
