With the new craze of home bumper boats coming out for the summer, HSN has created a motorized bumper boat of their own. The bumper boat can be purchased in a set of two for $89, which is a little more expensive than other models but it uses less batteries so you may save money in the long run. These toys are a great new way to play in the pool this summer. Any way to keep the kids busy during break is a handy thing to have. They are designed for kids 8 and up and have a weight limit of 200 pounds.

The boats are even study enough to handle adults so you can get out there and play with your kids as well. This year, the bumper boats have water cannons for added fun. The kids will have a great time spraying one another to keep cool and have fun during the summer months.

The set up for these boats is very easy. When they are delivered, there is a foot bump that allows you to blow it up in about 15 minutes. The handle just needs to be pushed through to attach to the propeller at the bottom. The steering wheel allows you to steer the boat with the propeller and squirt water from the same spot. The propeller is fully enclosed so it is completely safe with no change of fingers and toes getting stuck in it. The motor is also very quiet, especially when it is under water. The steering wheel is large and easy for young kids to use.

The bumper boat I purchased last year held up very well. They are made out of heavy duty PVC. They do not move very fast so the bumping is nothing to worry about. However, kids still find it fun. It can be expensive to take kids out somewhere to play in real bumper boats. This way, kids can enjoy the fun of bumper boats in their own pool everyday all summer.

I love how much fun my kids have when they are playing with these. Their friends spend a lot of time in our pool playing with these as well. It's a great way to keep the kids occupied while they're home for two months in the summer. These would be perfect for a 4th of July party where you will have lots of kids to entertain.
