Embed:
Kung Pao Kitty is a wonderful little Asian eatery that you can get a reasonably priced meal from. The address is 6445 Hollywood Blvd. Hollywood California 90028. The phone to Kung Pao is 323-465-0110.With everything there are pros an cons. This place does have its pros and cons. The pros are that you can go there and enjoy a really healthy meal. All of their ingredients are so fresh. The décor is really nice and considering this restaurant is in Hollywood you will get a good deal on their food.
Since Kung Pao is not into to adding a lot of additives to their dishes you will find that their food in so as flavorful as other Asian Eateries. There are spices, salt or soy sauce on the tables. You actually have as your waiter or waitress to bring you any extra seasoning. This is kind of silly, but some of the pictures they have on the walls are broken. I don't know if that is a new decorative technique or something, but it does not look good. There is also a projector that any of the guests to use if they would like to watch a movie on it. However, the poor little projector was broken.
The lunch special range from about $6 to $7.25. Each lunch meal comes with rice and a yummy spring roll. If you would like to have a salad with that meal it will cost you an extra $1.75. They have a lot of common dishes like Szechwan chicken, Mongolian Beef, Shrimp Dishes. Every once and a while they will have a special like Chili Fried Calamari and Falnk Steak.
All of the dishes are super healthy and the chef will never ever use MSG. The chef is big on meals that are free of addictives and chemicals. All of his food is made in a way that is just slightly spicy, so if you want more spice you have to ask for more chili.
The website is very creative. The Asian background has women from the old school Asian period that are posing in kind of seductive ways. These are cartoon drawn figures with dull color of red and green. If you park on Wilcox Street you can be validated up to $4. This is a great place to eat. Just remember that there food is not as flavorful and robust as other Asian restaurants.
