Today I recieved an email from a friend who has been on Ac for some time and for some reason she was bumped off the site and they will not allow her to post anymore. This person is Linda Corby and she has been so kind to try and help almost everyone here, giving us free advise and some software even, that I am not sure what has happened here.

I realize this is AC's site and they have the right to do as they please with whom ever they decide they don't want, but I do feel she should have had the right to know what she did that was so wrong and why they threw her off this site before they did this. My writing this may cause me a problem, but I have always been for fairness as most of you knwoThat would have been theonly be fair thing to do, don't you think?

I have always liked this site and felt they were more than fair, even getting rid of some of the strange people that have abuse this site by sending out sexually orientated message to me and others. Therefore I am at a loss to understand what it was that Linda Corby has done, that was so wrong and why they could not have just explained what she did that was wrong.

Most of us have enjoyed her beautiful voice on her audio when she told us stories and other things that were interesting. When she was not able to get her message to those of us who could not get her audio for some reason or the other, she even posted it as a text file. I don't know about you all but I wanted you to know that I will miss her wonderful voice and articles. If you are interested in writing to her please let me know and I will share her email address with you off this site. I plan to keep in touch with this fabulous lady myself. I only wish AC would tell us whather offence was and why they have booted her off. If they can do this to this wonderful woman, who will be next to commit this offence that we have no ide about. Shouldn't we at least kknow what she did wrong so we too don't make the same faux pas?

Honestly I've never read Linda's page, but this is so sad. I've seen her comments on AC and she's always been so sweet. This is so sad.

You can make all the Tipo's you like, I don't think I'v read this Linda, But, if you like her and other, Im so feeling sad... hopes she gets to write some where we can see her writing, Have a great weekend :}

Sorry to hear this Robritt and thanks for giving some information...I have only occasionally met Linda and I send my best wishes...I know how you feel when things don't make sense around here...there is no reason communications can't be sent to her on the reason why....she deserves a voice on whatever they are claiming....it's almost like your guilty first.....no questions later

I've been threatened a couple of times because the biographies that interviewees gave me to use were also posted elsewhere on the net. It isn't plagerism when the person gives you their biography to use. You can't really change it. How do you change "went to Harvard where he graduated with honors?" I guess you could say he went to that highly reputable school in the east where his work was recognized but then that is NOT what the inverviewee wants. They give you a bio because they want that bio used. Eventually, the matter was cleared up but I've sworn off doing anything that requires biographies in the future. Linda was an excellent writer and, more than that, one with a kind heart and one who always had an outstretched hand. I hope this matter gets cleared up because AC will be less of a site without her voice.

I live in the third righest place on earth, and politically stand up against the dictatorship regime who are making the poor poorer and the rich richer, maybe they have had a complaint of some type in conection with this or is this thought just me getting paronoid? The fact is I don't really no what is going on, I am waisting for a reply from my email to admin still, will let you no , Love u XXXX Thank you all for the good wishes!

Aly Adair' pont is interesting, I know that I haven't copied anythng, maybe there is something out there in the billions of articles close to something I have written? I no there has have been a mistake, and AC will hopefully clear it up soon. Yes I do have things all over the net and maybe I have the same paragraph in something else out there, under one of my other web title names? Never considered this being picked up as plagiarism by any software, but this actually is a real possiblity. As anyone who read my articles will no I wrote the majority of my articles from first hand experience, and what I really don't understand is the fact that AC took all my articles down, when I am presuming that there must have been a complaint about one? I love her articles! I wonder what happened. I never seen anything wrong with any of her articles in order for them to kick her off. They should have at least given her a reason. I hope she can return soon and hopefully this is some kind of glitch on AC's end.
