Publix Supermarket Specials, Discounts & Deals: May 15, 2008 Through May 21, 2008

As you can see with 1 week left we are well ahead of our pace to spend under $300 this month. We will take advantage of the sales this week and plan to be just under $300 and we will still have plenty of food in reserve.

Now for the deals from May 15, 2008 through May 21, 2008.

Top Round London Boil $2.59/lb. - We got this a few weeks ago. It is a good price and the food was good last time we got it.

Premium Strawberries 2 for $4 - We have seen this deal a lot lately. This is a reminder to never pay full price for them.

Eat Smart Broccoli Florets 2 for $4 - In one form or another we can usually find broccoli on sale.

Peter Pan Peanut Butter Buy 1 Get 1 Free - We took advantage of this deal a few months ago. Great snack and a great source of protein.

Star Kist Chunk White Tuna - Premium Albacore- Buy 1 Get 1 Free - Don't see this too often so stock up.

Progresso Soup - 3 for $5 - The specials soup vary by week and by brand, but once again this is an example of a product you never have to pay full price for.

Colgate Toothpaste 2 for $4 - We saw this a few weeks ago. Never pay full price for toothpaste. This is a good one for coupons too.

Lenders Bagels - Buy 1 Get 1 Free - This came up a few weeks ago. Looks like you can always get a discount on this product.

Kashi Cereal 2 for $5 - There have been a lot of cereal sales lately. Stock up on them and never pay full price!

Near East Rice Pilaf, Cous Cous or Taboule - A great time to stock up on these side items for dinner. Haven't seen this sale before.
