Keats, Shelly, and Wordsworth
May lend some inspiration.
Tales from the Arabian Nights,
As we know was written by Burton.
We can learn from them.
Their structure is sublime.
But more than this
Their works stand the test of time.
I dare not compare to them.
This would be a falice and a whim.
What more can be written,
To be wanted by others?
This scantilus craze
Seems all just a haze.
Will I be worthy someday
For others to shout, "Hey!"
Have you heard of this man?
He's written many poems,
I recall a few of them.
That wishful penny
Tossed in the well,
May come true someday.
Only time can tell.

Foreshadowing Past

Classic works of literature are my most favorite to read.
