Happiness sometimes feels elusive and at other times its joy is boundless and greets us each morning upon awakening. Sometimes happiness is found in the sight of a beloved's smile, other times it arrives when the sun pops out on a gloomy day. We can't predict when happiness will return when our lives seem bleak. Thus happiness will always be a bit of a mystery. We must celebrate its joys while we have it and remember to have hope that it will return when it is missing, it always does come back eventually. I share some words or wisdom about happiness from throughout the ages.
