Iron Man 2008 Movie "Robert Downey Jr." Is in Excellent Shape, Drug Free and Fantastic for the Part!

Although this film reminded me of "Robocop" Robert Downey Jr.'s (Tony Stark) portrayal of this comic book hero was absolutely "perfect" in every way up on the big screen because his body was in excellent shape for the part. This actor apparently had been "working out" and "drug free" before acting in this role.

Ironically, he reminded me of "Sly Stallone" in the first Rambo movie, because of his physical attributes and just "simply" the way he moved around showing his young strength, courage, "believable" intelligence, screen charm, beautiful tan and the fact that he would take NO "Crap" from anyone!

Jeff Bridges (Obadiah Stane) plays the part of the evil bad guy, which was not that bad. Wearing his bald head and beard. Jeff also looked like he had been doing some exercising for this part, because he had lost weight and looked slim and trim for his age.

All the actors during this film looked liked they had spent at least a couple of weeks in the tanning bed and exercising before filming? Even Gwyneth Paltrow (Pepper Potts) looked like she was a little sunburned at the beginning of the film who plays Tony Starks personal assistant.

The film itself was not that bad. The computer special effects were also NOT that bad. At least it had a story, but seemed to be copied from other heroic films from before such as "Robocop" and "Spiderman". If Robert Downey Jr. participates in the sequels in the future, the plot will hopefully get better and not copied. "Downey looked absolutely great playing this part!"

Personally, I am glad that Robert Downey Jr. has played this role because of his convicted arrest and drug addiction. It could possibly be a way of "Comeback" for him and his fans. Some actors seem to feel that making plenty of money is just not enough, they feel they need something more to believe in the future.
