* like to use Miracle Whip salad dressing it gives a little tang to sandwiches

Meats for Sandwiches _ when having ham, hot tamale/barbeque, turkey, lunchmeats, etc., always allow 1 1/2 sandwiches per adult and 1 sandwich per child(depending on age)
*little ones usually eat off of their parents plates, there to busy watching everyone else to eat

Hamburger (ground chuck) (9# per 25) (18# per 50) (35# per 100)
(hamburger patties figure 1 1/2 patties per adult
*I roughly figure 2 patties, and freeze left overs

*make homemade or get from your favorite Deli.

Baked Beans (3/4 gallon per 25) (1 1/4 gallon per 50) (2 1/2 gallons per 100)
*I liked to just pick up regular pork and beans and add brown sugar, and cut up and cook some bacon crisp and add to the baked beans(a quick way to make great baked beans)

I find it tough cooking just for small gatherings, let alone large ones! It is useful to know this information for when you will be entertaining a larger crowd. Sophie

This is very impressive and totally helpful when planning to feed the hungry masses that descend on our home on that holiday. If you have an AC sticker or t-shirt, you are automatically welcome :)
