Desperate Housewives: Five Year Flash Forward

The season finale of desperate Houswives ended with a five year flash forward. Wow! A lot is going to change on Wisteria Lane in five years. Here's what's going on with the housewives.

Gabrielle: A frumpy Gabrielle has two daughters that are running her ragged. Since she was picking up clothes off her floor, we can assume that her money situation will not be improving anytime soon. Carlos was not shown in the flash forward, so maybe he's still in the picture, maybe not.

Lynette: Lynette returns home to find out that her son has stolen a car. Her surprise is not that a car was stolen, but rather that it was stolen by her son Preston and not her son Parker who has served time in juvenile detention. At least she's still together with her husband.

Katherine: Katherine is now a full fledged desperate housewife as she now attends the weekly poker game. She was surprise by news that her daughter had just become engaged in Paris. She seemed very happy.

Bree: Bree is just about to launch a new cookbook and a high profile media tour. Her son is serving as her assistant and she is back together and passionate about her husband Orson...they were getting ready to share a bubble bath!

Susan: Susan returned home from the poker game to the waiting arms of her love. However, the gorgeous man in her arms was not Mike Delfino!

Edie: There was no sign of Edie in the flash forward. Maybe the rumors are true and Nicolette Sheridan has left the show for good.

Even though it only lasted about two minutes, the flash forward lived up to all the hype! Now question is where will the show pick up next season...now or five years in the future? Either way, it's going to by juicy!
