It can be near impossible to run out of things to do without the added holiday celebrations. Fortunately you're about to see a great list that'll give you the heads up on the competition this fourth of July. Whether you're a couple seeking romantic intimacy or a family of six after adventure there are events for everyone besides just the great beach.
FIREWORKS
Amazingly this year the fourth of July is on a Friday. Doesn't that sound perfect for a night of explosions? Realistically there are two options: 16th Annual July 4th Fireworks Display or the various shows by Broadway at the Beach. Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce holds the annual fireworks show on July 4th with free admission; this year the show will start at 9:30 P.M. and is scheduled to run until 10:30 P.M. More information, including a contact phone number and location, can be found online at http://www.nmbevents.com/. Broadway at the Beach is a bit harder to pin down as they do a variety of events for the entire summer. Fortunately they too can be found online at http://www.broadwayatthebeach.com/.
