I filled the car up today at a cost of $4 per gallon. I don't know about you, but I can't take much more of this. There has got to be a better way. If we are not going to get busy drilling our own oil, which I believe we should - but that is another story, then we need to get very busy coming up with an alternative. Now, a specialist I am not, but I just don't think there is enough farmland to grow as much product as we would need to produce the fuel alternatives that are on the table right now. I was just bopping around on the internet, which I do daily, when I came across a website that sells a guide to convert water into a gas that will actually power a vehicle.

According to the brains at www.gaspricerelief.com you can use the battery of your car to generate electricity. This electricity is then used for separating water. When it is separated, the water becomes a gas which is known as HHO, or two parts Hydrogen and one part Oxygen. According to this Web site, HHO is also known as Brown's Gas/Hydroxy. Apparently this stuff burns very smooth and creates a great deal of energy.

They claim that this is possible to do with plain old tap water; they state that it is not necessary to use spring water or water that has been sterilized. They go on to claim that this is more fuel efficient and that you can improve your car's fuel efficiency by up to 40% with this conversion. They claim it works for gas or diesel, but they also state they have not tried it on a hybrid car. According to the website, one quart of water makes 1800 gallons of the HHO gas and that the stuff will last for months.

The Web site, www.gaspricerelief.com claims also that this is safe and that the gas is extracted only when needed. They go on to say that storing large volumes of hydrogen in a pure state, can result in a highly flammable situation.

Another important thing they mention is that it will not void a vehicle warranty because the whole process can be reversed.

Takeaways
  • It costs me $8 a day to go to work...but what will it cost next week?
  • If this works, why are we not doing it?
  • Is the government hiding something from us?

It has been around a long time, this notion of water into gas. The only problem is that water will rust out the engine in no time. It doesn't work.

I hope that we can drive a car by using air.

We cancelled our vacation because of gas prices. I wonder if this really works?

As I write this, the price for a barrel of oil is $131.95. These prices are affecting the entire world econcomy, and without relief, the prices we see now will pale when compared to what is coming. I'm not a pessimist...I remain hopeful...but as a realist, I think a worldwide recession and depression are entirely possible within the next 1-2 years if this trend continues. High energy prices will touch every aspect of our lives.

Something needs to happen soon. Those of us who do not make 6 figure incomes will be forced to walk soon. I'm close to my work place but scared to walk because of the pitbull problem. Things are so not right with the world.
