I am not one to buy convenience foods like single serving frozen pizzas but I have a friend who recently shared some of the ones that they got with me. It has been a very long time since I have bought a frozen pizza of any size but I was familiar with the particular brand that had made these single serving pizzas, which is California Pizza Kitchen. The first of the single serving pizzas of theirs that I tried was their For One Four Cheese Frozen Pizza. Here is what I thought about it as well as what my friend thought of it.Lately I have been eating very little cheese and when I make a pizza I have been leaving the cheese off. The reason that this is the case is because I am slowly making my way from a vegetarian who eats dairy products to a vegan who doesn't. Although I have nothing against four cheese pizzas and usually find them to be to my liking as far as taste goes. When it came to the California Pizza Kitchen For One Four Cheese Frozen Pizza however it was not a taste that was for me. At the first bite I was rather taken aback by the taste and just thought that it tasted awful. Not wanting to sound rude I asked my friend what they thought and to which they replied that they liked it just fine. Again not wanting to come off rude I wondered exactly what the four cheeses that were used in this pizza were, as some cheeses have very strong tastes. A quick glance at the box revealed that the frozen pizza was topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheeses, fontina cheese and smoke gouda cheese. This clearly explained that the strong cheeses that were used are not favorites of mine. With the box in hand I decided to check out the ingredients and nutrition facts.
