You've made turkey sandwiches - had turkey and mashed potatoes with gravy over and over again. After a while these dishes get rather boring to you and your family.
Don't lose hope there are some great cooking tips that you can do with your left over turkey. Instead of making the traditional turkey sandwiches or turkey dinners - Why not try some turkey lasagna, turkey burritos, and turkey nachos.
All the above three dishes are easy to do; you simply substitute turkey for beef. For the lasagna we suggest that you use turkey breast as white meat seems to be a better mix for this dish. The other two dishes work perfectly fine with white and dark turkey meat.
One dish that you may not be familiar with and certainly deserves mentioning is turkey divine. Turkey divine is a wonderful and simple meal to make up that your family will be absolutely surprised and astonished with if you've never tried it before.

Mix two cans of cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup mayonnaise, a teaspoon of curry powder, 1 pound of chopped up left over Turkey, and a reasonable amount of grated cheddar cheese.
This dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes -
Next boil some broccoli, and make up a serving of instant white rice for each plate. The reason that you make these two items separate is that some times people do not like broccoli and/or rice.
