Tony swells and lifts
His whole body off the floor
Hindu yogi here



This picture was taken yesterday of Tony doing the crow pose!!!! It took him in two seconds to do what it took me three months to learn. He's got the art of yoga down pat!!!!

Men have stronger arms too, so it's probably a lot easier when a stance involves arm strength....Good going Tony!+*+*+*
