Doorbell rings
I am listening
In the drive thru lane
Ice coffee is glistening
A horrible sight
I'm drinking tonight.
Working another holiday

Going away is everyone but me
Here to stay is my only destiny
I hear playing a love song
As I mop all day long
Working another holiday

In the back I can build sandwich
Then lie and say it was my only one
They'll say are you sure
and I will say yes sir
But you can have the rest if you really want

Later on
We will conspire
As we dream by the wires
To face unafraid
the boss's ugly ways
Working another holiday
