Sad Song

I'm not saying it can't be doneHappiness is possible for everyone
But lonesome has it's place in the world
And lately, it's set up shop in this girl
And when I feel like I want to fight
I'll stand up, and knock it out of sight
But someone tell me, what is wrong
With finding comfort in a Hank Williams song
Like me, he had lonely on his mind
I wonder if it snuck up on him from behind
I don't quite feel like howling at the moon
Just let me hear that Vince Gill tune
I can sense the lonely when he sings
Like a blanket around my heart, it clings
If there was a song about no one being like me
I'd play that one a time or three
Doesn't matter how high, low, short, or long
Someone just play me another sad song
