Rock For Life works in conjunction with American Life League. Both are pro-life organizations that serve to spread the pro-life message to those who are uneducated about abortion and life issues. Rock For Life is more specifically geared towards young people by using music and ministry. The organization holds Rock For Life concerts that feature many pro-life bands (both Christian and secular) including Audio Adrenaline, Inner Flame, Middle Tree, David Vogel, ZOEGirl and Superchick. These concerts draw hundreds of teens who support the pro-life message. A recent Rock For Life concert held in Thousand Oaks, CA brought well over one hundred youth to the concert, which was held the same night as the local high school homecoming dance! Since 1973, over 47 million unborn souls have fallen victim to the corruption of abortion. Rock For Life serves to speak on behalf of those 47 million unheard voices by educating, encouraging and praying about abortion.

Rock For Life makes it pledge to life by stating:

We are a loud and determined voice for Truth and Life in this culture of death. We stand on the truth of Jesus Christ whom all of our strength comes from. We stand for the protection of all human life from conception (fertilization) until natural death, with no exceptions, no compromise, and no apologies. We are fed up with the lies that MTV, Planned Parenthood and our government are pushing down our throats. We will no longer sit silently by as our generation is being systematically slaughtered through surgical and chemical abortion. This is OUR generation, these are OUR brothers and sisters and we commit to fighting for their lives. You will not silence our message, you will not mock our God, and you will stop killing our generation!
