Jeff Peckman's Denver Alien Petition

Jeff Peckman wants the city of Denver to prepare a commission for extraterrestrial creatures that he says will be returning to Earth. He claims he witnessed a four-foot alien, gray in color on videotape, which has been released. Peckman said he will gather over 4,000 signatures to get his proposals that will would make the city of Denver create a commission to make the city ready for the alien visit. The decision will be made during the fall months where the voters will ultimately decide to setup or dismantle a commission for this very strange and peculiar proposal, according to Fox News.

One weird ballot proposal was proposed in Sacramento, California. The proposal was to allow two-car left turns during red lights, driving while using makeup and medical marijuana, and of course, naked driving.
