You can thank spiraling, out-of-control gas prices for giving you the best argument you'll ever have for finally buying a motorcycle. And you should do it sooner rather than later. By this time next year, the demand for motorcycles will be greater, and prices will be higher.

This is it men, this is your chance, the one you've been waiting for all your life. You have a window of opportunity here that may not occur again for another millennium. Don't blow it.

With gas prices not expected to decrease, the searches for motorcycles and information about them will spike significantly next year. GM certainly doesn't expect gas prices to come down. They've already announced the closing of 4 GM plants that produce SUVs and pick-up trucks, and there's talk of dumping Hummers altogether.

Every red-blooded American man now has a rock-solid reason with which to convince his wife how much money they could save and how practical it would be to buy a motorcycle. He'll conduct searches for new and used motorcycles, best motorcycles, most powerful motorcycles, and cheapest motorcycles. He'll be able to amaze and astound his wife with the motorcycle knowledge he's acquired. And eventually he'll probably wear her down.

But before he does, she's likely to go online too, and do some searching of her own, 'cause women are just like that. Between the two of them, there will be a LOT of searching going on for motorcycles. Now multiply that across the country.

Not only do motorcycles already get anywhere from 30-80 MPG, depending on the make and model, there's news out about hydrogen fuel-cell motorcycles, which would make them even cheaper to run!

Potential motorcycle riders won't be the only ones searching for motorcycles. Savvy investors will recognize the profits to be gained from buying motorcycles and reselling them later as more and more people turn to less expensive modes of transportation.
