Mother Raped by Her Own Son!!!
A 19 Year-old Teen Raped His Mother as a Retaliation to an Argument He Had with His Brother!
In Albertville, Alabama, police has arrested a teen for raping his drunken mother! A dispute between the convicted 19 year old Gary Helms and his brother is what caused the teen to rape his mother. Apparently the two brothers were arguing over a girlfriend and Gary Helms decided to rape his own mother as retaliation towards his brother. The mother was passed out drunk when the rape started. She did wake up during the attack but her son continued to hold her down until he was finished. This is a sick crime and police have said that Gary Helms admits to it. Gary Helms is now being held in the Marshall County Jail under a $100,000 bond.Personally I do not understand the reaction to the brothers’ argument. My brother and I used to just fight it out and who ever won the fight won the argument! But in this case to get back at his brother he decides to rape his mother! Is it just me or does that make no sense at all? There must be something else wrong with this teenager! You don’t just have an argument with someone and to solve it go and rape your mother to prove a point. How terrifying it must have been for the mother to wake up while being raped by her own son, and then being held down until he finished. I don’t even want to know what she said to him to try and get him off of her! Also, I am sure the brother (which I am assuming knows the reason his mother was raped) will have some sort of guilt as to what happened and to the argument he had with his brother. I am not a mother, but I don’t think that anyone could ever forget what happened, especially when the attacker is your own son. What has this world come to when people are attacked by the very ones whom they are supposed to be loved?
There is not a lot of detail as to what will happen, but Gary has been charged with 1st degree rape. If convicted of this charge then he is looking to face a long time in jail and will not have the eligibility of parole until the lesser of 85% of the sentence or 15 years in Alabama. However, like most prison sentences, I am sure he will not even serve half of his sentence.
