Start the New Year with a Legitimate Work-at-Home Job

Everybody has their own personal reasons for wanting to work from home.

Some people want to spend more quality time with their family, some want to avoid the typical stresses of a "regular" 9-to-5 type job, some have health-related situations that keep them from being able to work outside the home,while others want to experience the freedom of being able to work independently. Whatever the reason might be, working from home is steadily increasing in popularity.

The problem lies with finding legitimate resources for work-at-home jobs. Anybody who has been on the internet for awhile is aware that there are plenty of folks seeking to sucker in the naive and desperate, with false promises of easy money that quickly fall flat.

I can testify to the fact that I have personally found myself disillusioned by some horrendous experiences with less-than-honest individuals and "companies." 

To offer you an example, I worked for close to two years recruiting nurses from home for a company. I worked diligently at this job, recruited a number of nurses, as well as recruiting and training others to become nurse recruiters. In the long run, I spent far more money advertising for nurses, paying for access to nurse resumes and making long distance calls all over the country than I ever got paid.  In addition, the company kept "restructuring" itself, claiming they were doing so to help us to make "more money", when, in fact, we made less or nothing at all.

There have been a couple of other home-based "job" experiences that were equally as disappointing, though I had the sense to bail out a lot sooner.  I know that others have gone through similar things and it's easy to become totally discouraged and confused by all the continual hype that fills the internet.

Happily, there are some places online where you can find solid work-at-home work.
