I'm sceptical of beauty-products most of the time and for years I've used a $1,95 cream. I just slathered it on my face and had not much hope. Until I found L'Oreal Revitalift. I have the absolute proof that the scientists at L'Oreal got it exactly right and don't give false hope for a big price.I woke up one morning to find very fine wrinkles. The sun here is harsh, so most women in NZ look a lot older than they really are. But I've always had a good skin and I like to keep it that way. It was, of course, not the best moment to gaze critically in the mirror. At 6am nobody looks good.
But at 10am I could still see them so I tore myself away from writing and headed to the shop. I wanted a good and trusted brand, but not spend a small fortune. L'Oreal has been around for ages so I know that the products would be good. The first thing I did was look for a product for the older skin. Because if they promise that they can improve wrinkles the size of crevices, then I would have a quick result.
I started using L'Oreal Rivatalift, a restoring daycream. The product delivered; 1 week later my skin looks like I had when I was 30. Fresh, no fine wrinkles when I smile. I'm extremely happy with this result. The price here was middle-range, around $30-$40, for 50 ml. It doesn't come in a jar, but in a bottle with a pump. And the SPF 15 is an added bonus. Also, the product is light and economical in use. It will soak in the skin quickly so you can use a foundation very quickly after applying the cream.
The next thing was an eyecream. L'Oreal Revitalift Plentitude was my choice, since it was from the same range. I can see improvement, but this will take a bit longer. My eyes have been squinting in the harsh sunlight a lot so it's not the product's shortcomings, but my own stupidity. The price was also around $30-40. Don't be deceived in thinking that it's expensive because there's only 15 ml, I need only a tiny bit and it will last me a long time. Price is round $30-40.
