There's nothing worse than agonizing over the possibility of pregnancy. If you are trying to conceive, you may find yourself analyzing every possible symptom looking for some sign of success. If you forget to take your birth control pill, you may find yourself worrying that your period won't arrive on time. No matter how you feel about pregnancy, there are a few early symptoms that can tip you off to being pregnant before you miss that first period. Some women experience symptoms immediately after conception, while others have no symptoms for the first few weeks. If you experience one or many of the following symptoms, you should visit your doctor or take a home pregnancy test to find out for sure if you have conceived.

1. Feeling Green

You've probably heard of the dreaded "morning sickness", but the nausea and vomiting can last from early morning through late at night. It can happen at any given moment, but you will feel a distinct sickness in the pit of your stomach. Some women only experience mild nausea and others vomit uncontrollably. If you find yourself feeling sick, try snacking on some bland crackers frequently to keep something on your stomach.

2. Droopy Eyes

If you feel like you haven't slept for days, you could by pregnant! Exhaustion is at its prime during early pregnancy because your body is working hard to maintain a suitable environment for your new little one to grow. Some of the most important developmental milestones of pregnancy happen before you even know you've conceived. The only outward sign on these changes may be in the form of exhaustion.

3. Mild Spotting

Some women dismiss the idea of pregnancy because they experience slight bleeding around the time they expected their period. It is actually very common for women to have some spotting about a week after they conceive. This spotting usually happens with the fertilized egg buries itself into the lining of the uterus.

4. Headaches
