So what is this system and what is involved? Bacteria, nutrients and enzymes are crucial. Just a few of the antioxidant co-factors that help the enzymes in your body are listed below :

• Riboflavin
• Copper

These nutrients and more are antioxidants that help your body fight harmful elements and keep your structure well maintained. They can be consumed by eating a healthy serving of fruits vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.

I love my veggies and fruit. I also take a multi-vitamin that contains all of the antioxidant co-factors that you have listed. Thanks for the tips and great article!

Free radicals are also implicated in increasing the risk of Alzheimers. I think most of us could use some more veggies in our diet. Good article.
