With summertime upon us, it is now time to begin to think about the damage that can occur with the sun's bright and damaging rays shining down on us. It is never too early to being the act of protecting one's skin from the possibility of premature aging and possible skin cancer than to start young. There are different sunscreens available on the market for toddlers and they do what is asked of consumers, to protect the little ones from sun exposure.

Huggies Little Swimmers

Huggies has created a line of products to go along with the little swimming pants for little ones. The Huggies Little Swimmers line of products is available in sunscreen lotions and sprays. These products have been approved by the FDA (Federal Drug Administration) with the highest level of protection available. With a SPF 50, rating and protection that lasts for at least 80 minutes while in water, the Huggies Little Swimmers line to try. The lotion products are fragrance-free and hypoallergenic. The sprays are scented with a Fresh Blue Melon scent.

Banana Boat Tear-Free Baby Sunblock

The Banana Boat line of sun care products has an extensive line of different levels for the entire family. However, the products for babies is quite expanse. The Tear-Free Sunblock products for babies are one of the best on the market. The advantage of this product is that if it should get into the toddler's eyes, it will not burn or cause tearing of the eyes. Even if they sweat! The products are also waterproof, hypoallergenic, PABA-free, and fragrance free. The lotion is white in color and allows one to see where the lotion has been placed. The SPF level on this one is 50. It is available in lotion, continuous lotion spray, and pump spray.
