Flap pockets on the front hold smaller baby essentials like medications, diaper rash cream, or thermometers.

The Queen Mum comes with a Juicy Couture changing pad, burping pad, and bib. However, at $325, in dark brown velour, it is my least favorite of the 2008 collection. It offers a casual but classy look, however, baby spit-up and goo will glare against the brown background.

This diaper bag is also available in black velour with silver hardware. When looking for the black bag keep in mind that Juicy Couture calls this bag an oversized baby tote, even though it is identical to the Queen Mum 2008 diaper bag.

The point Juicy Couture is trying to make in distinguishing the names is that their diaper bags don't look like typical diaper bags. They are fashionable totes. It just so happens that you carry your baby's things in these trendy totes.
