The Sony BRAVIA 40 inch LCD HDTV comes with a limited one year warranty for parts and labor, allowing users to trust the backing of the manufacturer. It is an LCD Flat-panel, which means you are going to get an excellent picture for your money. The screen size is 40 inches when measured diagonally with a 16:9 aspect ratio. There is no built in DVR nor is it digital cable ready. It has a maximum resolution of 1920x1080, 1080p being the maximum vertical. The contrast ratio is 2500:1 and it has a 3D comb filter. There is no media card slot, or USB slot in this television. But, there is a picture-in-picture otion. There are three HDMI inputs and two DVI inputs.
