27, seem to be the most recent advocates of the unusual baby name craze that has taken over Hollywood in recent years. Honor Marie is definitely a more tame version of some of the off-the-wall baby names floating around the celebrity circuit right now. Honor is still a runner up nonetheless to the celebrity tykes whose parents seemed to have lost their sense when they were filling in their Birth Certificates.

Courtesy of "The 20 Most Bizarre Celebrity Baby Names," names like Audio Science, designated to Shannyn Sossamon's son and Nicholas cage's son, Kal-el (Superman's birth name, in case you didn't already know), "unique" names are becoming more common in both Hollywood as well as nationally (Hollywood is after all, the national trendsetter). The hope of naming our children a simple "Daniel" or "Melissa" seems to be quickly fading. These poor children are going to grow up hating their parents before they're legally allowed to change their names.

Also included in the countdown, Pilot Inspektor, Jason Lee's son (inspiration for the name came from a song), David Duchovny and Tea Leoni's son, Kyd, and Michael Jackson's unfortunate offspring being dubbed Prince Michael Jackson and Prince Michael Jackson II (A.K.A Blanket) are just some of the other horrible names out there.

Now, it's not completely fair to say every unique name is a bad one, that's being judgmental, maybe there's an inspiration to the name that almost makes it justifiable. Like the new featured parents themselves, Alba has been rumored to say she was planning on naming her daughter Honor because she thought it was an honor to be having Warren's baby, even if that is true, write a thank you note to Mr. Warren thanking him for implanting his seed into you womb, don't take it out on your child. Like I said, some inspirations to a name are almost justifiable.
