Hi! Very good article. One of the things that a person can do, besides seeking professional help is to include Bread,in there diet. Bread is full of B vitimins, which help the nervous system. Don't have to go to extremes, but the diet and getting your mind on other things, does help. Redirect their thinking. Get them out of the house to go shopping or window shopping, go to the local library and enjoy looking over the books. The B vitimins will help your nervous system. As well as a piece of candy. A little bit of sugar, improves your mood. Try it, it works. ginny1
