Of all the things that I could talk about today, I choose to brag on my least favorite sports. Sounds kind of double minded or whatever. Why not? I am sure that I will get some page views at least, so it's worth the 'go ahead' for that reason. Why do I like sports to begin with? Well to me it is much like a fast roller coaster. There is an adrenaline rush when your team is winning. Actually, if my team begins to decline and I feel there is no chance for a come back, I will turn the TV off. It's not exciting anymore and it puts me in a foul mood for a few. Then there are these really boring waste-of-precious-land-type of sports. Golf
If this isn't the least exciting sport, what is? I really believe that a golf course is such a waste of land. That beautiful plush grass. It is the greenest most beautiful grass with hills and little ponds. Shoot, build some houses for the poor or a nice church instead. Pretty sad how well kept a golf course is compared to most American neighborhoods. All for what? To hit a ball in a hole? There is no excitement what-so-ever. However I can see that being an elderly person (who couldn't shoot hoops anymore) would take interest. All others, you may as well play crochet.
Racing
A sport? How is this a sport? There is no endurance. You are driving a car in a circle. Geesh. I always wondered why there are so many laps? To me it is a waste of time because the only endurance is in metal and regardless of how many hours you put into fixing an engine, there is always going to be problems with it. It is a useless 'sport' to me. Now maybe a street race to see who can go from 0-60 the fastest can be an adrenaline rush, but still stupid because of the risk. Then horse racing. I never understood that either, but I guess some think watching a horse go in circles is entertainment. Racing by running I can see how that is a sport because you are the one who has the endurance. It isn't in an animal or a car. Oh and just to slip in this fact... the World record was set the other day in some sprint. I don't recall which one, but I looked and couldn't find it.
