New Cast Announced for VH1's Celebrity Rehab Season 2

Dr. Drew Pinsky, host of VH1's "Celebrity Rehab," announced the upcoming celebrity cast for the second season of the reality show in which celebrities attempt to kick their drug and alcolhol problems. He revealed the names on KROQ, a Los Angeles radio station which serves as home to Dr. Pinsky's "Love Live" radio show. The new slate of celebrities are Gary Busey, Rodney King, Amber Smith, Tawny Kitaen, Sean Stewart, Steven Adler, Nikki McKibbin and returning for a second time, Jeff Conaway.

Busey is the actor best remembered for his Oscar nominated performance in "The Buddy Holly Story" and previosuly had his own reality series. King is the man whose arrest, beating and trial triggered the 1992 race riots in Los Angeles. He has been arrested numerous times for drug problems. Amber Smith is a blonde supermodel. Actress Tawny Kitaen starred in "Bacholar Party" in the 1980s and has a publicized history of acting crazy. She did a season on "The Surreal Life." Stewart is the son of rock legend Rod Stewart and is famous for nothing but being the son of a famous rocker. Adler is the drummer for Guns N Roses. Singer McKibbin came in third during the debut season of "American Idol." Conaway returns having dealt with drug and alcohol problems but cannot get off pain killers due to a bad back.
