Viva Tierra Organic Royal Fuji Apples Review

Apples are a fruit that you find a lot of in this house. Both me and my son enjoy them as a quick and healthy snack and usually we each have at least one a day. The variety of apple that we have on hand varies, but we are always choosing organic apples. Previously we had tried Viva Tierra Organic Royal Gala Apples, which both me and my son enjoyed. The last time that we were at the grocery store I noticed Viva Tierra Organic Royal Fuji Apples and decided to try them out.

Fuji apples are very popular in our house, as we like their taste a whole lot but we do not get them too often as they tend to be either the most expensive or one of the most expensive varieties of apples. The last time that I was at the grocery store the fuji apples were not on sale so I only got a few of them. Their current price was two dollar and ninety nine cents per pound. Viva Tierra Organic Royal Fuji Apples are more than half a pound in size and so it can get expensive quick if you stock up on them when they are nearly three dollars per pound. The selection of apples looked pretty good, in that there was not any dents or bruising on the apples but I did find that they were a bit on the green side in some of their coloration. This usually results in a sour apple but I was pleasantly surprised to find that these apples were not sour at all.

Despite having a greenish tint in some areas the Viva Tierra Organic Royal Fuji Apples were very quite good. They were extremely juicy, which was something that I find very good in apples. Like good fuji apples these were very, very tasty. They were sweet like a good fuji apple and with the amount of juice that they contained their sweetness was amplified. I know that I will have to keep an eye out for when they go on sale. I have found fuji apples before that when on sale can actually be either the cheapest option or at least one of the cheapest options, so I hope that the next time that fuji apples go on such a sale that these apples will be in the mix. I can honestly say that these are one of the best fuji apples that I have tried.
