Feng Shui is literally translated as wind and water however in most homes now the ancient art of Feng shui has proven to be far more than those two little words. Feng Shui is also known as a way to decorate or remodel you home in a specific way that will increase positive energy and good vibrations and alleviate all negative energies and tensions in the atmosphere. Feng Shui is an easy art to practice and after making some minor adjustments in your home you will begin to notice a different vibe come over your home.

To start off remove any shoes from laying around the front door to your home. You want this door to remain open to all of the new energy that wishes to flow through it. If this area is blocked by the shoes this will make it difficult for the chi otherwise known as energy to make its way through. When this energy enters into your home the smell of the shoes and the odor that they carry will disperse itself around your home, creating a much less pleasant environment.

Although mirrors are necessary they also act as an attraction to a third party. You do not want mirrors to be placed in any area of your home that you particularly like or relax in, especially the bedroom. Leave mirrors for bathrooms and hallways and other less intimate places in your home.

Indoor water fountains work wonders when attracting your desires into the home. If they are placed in good location around the home they can bring in money, health, wealth, and happiness abundantly. Fish tanks can have a duel purpose. They can bring great things into the home environment but at the same time they can also cause great misfortune if placed incorrectly. The best way to find the ideal spot for your fish tank is to try different locations. If placed correctly you will notice financial abundance and happiness surround you, your family members and your home. If placed incorrectly the fish tank can bring about severe hardships and money problems. By having a fish tank in your home this opens up the Water Dragons Den.
