Company Coming? Hosting a Brunch? Just want to fix a nice recipe for breakfast? Here are some fabulous and easy recipes to try!Brunch / Breakfast Recipe #1: Monkey Bread
It's called monkey bread because you break off little pieces at a time - eating it like a monkey! The picture to the left shows what monkey bread looks like.
Nonstick cooking spray
3 cans of refrigerated biscuits
3/4 cup of sugar
Cinnamon
1 1/2 cups of melted butter
1 cup of sugar
1. In a small bowl mix 3/4 cup of sugar with cinnamon - as much as you like - at least 3 teaspoons or so.
2. Cut refrigerated biscuits into quarters. I have found it easiest to use scissors, you can use a knife as well.
3. Spray a bundt pan throughly with nonstick cooking spray. (Note: I use a bundt pan like this one, that doesn't really need to be sprayed and it comes easily.
4. Dip biscuit quarters and roll in sugar mixture.
5. Place the biscuit quarters in the bundt pan, creating a layer or two until all are in the bundt pan.
6. Melt the butter and 1 cup of sugar in the microwave. Add cinnamon as desired.
7. Pour the butter/sugar mixture over the biscuits. Sprinkle more cinnamon is you would like.
8. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
9. Remove from oven, turn bundt pan upside down, to let the monkey bread sit on a plate.
10. Serve hot and enjoy!

3. Cut each triangle into thirds
4. Place sausage in one of the thirds and roll up.
