Fat Free Recipe: Have a Taste of Lamb and Garlic
Eating fat free food leads to a healthy living. Eating habits of people have now changed and they are now turning towards fat free recipes. With fat free recipes, one can be free from the worries of health. Though meat is considered to be a fatty diet, there are several fat free meat recipes. Here I will be talking about fat free lamb and garlic recipe.
Ingredients:
1.25 kg of lamb leg
1 Tablespoon of ground sage
1 Tablespoon of chopped rosemary
1 Tablespoon of minced parsley
2 Tbsp crushed garlic
2 teaspoon of olive oil
2 Tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt (according to taste)
Black pepper (according to taste)
Preparation:
Using sage, parsley and rosemary, season the lamb legs.
Take a bowl and put olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix them well. After the mixing, pour this into the seasoned lamb leg.
The crushed garlic should be inserted into the cracks of the lamb leg. Keep the lamp legs for some time, may be for about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, you can start cooking the meat. You can use a grill or barbecue to cook the meat. Now when the grill is hot, take the lamb legs one by one and place them on it. If you want a rare lamb leg piece, then heat it for 1o minutes and if you prefer a mid cooked on, heat for 15 minutes. If you want it be cooked well like charcoal, grill it for 20 minutes.
The Lamb and garlic is ready.
