Almost anyone has a difficult time choosing the right bathing suit. If you have a large chest, however, you may feel as though finding the right suit for yourself may be even more difficult. Not only do you want a bathing suit that looks cute, but you also want one which will provide you with the proper amount of support. Here are some of the best types of bathing suits for women with large chests, as well as some of the types that you may want to avoid.

Halter Top

Most women with large chests can easily pull off a halter top. However, there are several things that you will want to look for when choosing a halter top bathing suit. For starters, does the halter top bathing suit offer you the right amount of support? You should be able to tell this just by looking in the mirror. If the answer is no, the second thing that you should look for is whether or not the halter top is adjustable. If it does not offer you the right amount of support and you cannot adjust it so that it will, then you may want to put this halter bathing suit back on the rack and continue looking for a bathing suit.

Spaghetti Straps

Unfortunately, some women with large chests simply cannot find the halter top bathing suit which provides them with all of the support that they need. If this is the case, you may want to opt for a spaghetti strap bathing suit. The reason is because it will provide you with the right amount of support, while often complementing your chest area at the same time. Whenever possible, it is best to look for a spaghetti strap bathing suit which also has under wire for extra support, or otherwise your chest area may just hang.

Types of Suits to Avoid

If you have a large chest, there are certain types of bathing suit tops that you will want to avoid. Bandeau or strapless bathing suits should be avoided, as there is a good chance that you will constantly need to pull them up constantly due to the lack of support that they offer. You will also want to stray away from string bikini tops, which may come undone if you are not careful. Although some women with large chests can pull of triangle tops, they are not usually the best option.
