1. a) Michael Patrick King. After producing and directing the Sex and the City series, Michael was approached to write and direct Sex and the City the Movie. After a sleepless night he knew he could do nothing but agree to the film. From there ideas poured in and SATC the Movie was born.

2. c) Carrie gets left at the altar by Big after he has cold feet. The other two plot points were highly discussed rumors with fans speculating that either a major character would die (Big, Charlotte, or Samantha) or that they were all filmed as dream sequences.
