How Strong Love Can Be

Let me wander endlessly in the dark
For I have no reason to live
Let the fire of hell consume me
For I have no more love to give

And as I walked to deaths door
An angel cried and said “no more!”

“You have a life to live”
“A heart to share love with”
“You have helped the sick and fed the poor”
“I will not allow you to enter deaths door”

And with that said
She shead a tear
She kissed my lips
And held me near
I’ll forgive your past
I’ll protect your future

I look into her eyes
Only to find
A sanctuary to be in
A Paradise to call mine
