Iron Man Movie Review

"They say the best weapon is one you never have to fire, I prefer the weapon you only need to fire once" -- Tony Stark(Robert Downey Jr.).

R.D.J is back in what some say is the best movie of 2008. You will find yourself at the edge of your seat, then in the next moment, having a good laugh. 

Synopsis

For those of you that haven't seen the trailers, Iron Man is about Tony Stark, wealthy owner of a weapons company, who, while displaying a new weapons system to the military, suddenly finds himself trapped in a terrorist hideout in the middle east. It's his job to find his way back to the U.S. Well how does he do this? With the help of a fellow prisoner, they both build a large iron suit, capable of withstanding bullets, and dishing out large waves of flame. His fellow prisoner gets killed, while Tony makes his get away.

Once he arrives back in the U.S, he is a new man. He announces that his company will no longer makes weapons, and he gets mocked by this. He then spends his time in the basement of his multi-billion dollar home, building another Iron Suit, stronger than the one back in the middle east. He then goes back to the middle east, to find more terrorist's, then deals with them. It may seem now that his Suit is unstoppable, but a larger threat is growing. What is it? You'll have to find out, and trust me, it'll be worth it.

The Good

Iron man is the type of movie, that will leave you stunned, and the next day have you calling your friends to tell them about it. Whether it's the special effects, or the constant witty quotes from Tony Stark, you will be amazed. Iron Man is an innovate super hero movie, in which you will see the heroes actual life, and you won't just sit through constant action and daring adventure. I'm sure more movies that feature super heroes, will follow Iron Man's lead.

Inside the movie theater, you will be silently cheering to yourself, as you see the Iron Suit fly in and deal massive damage with rockets and his guns. The ending fight(I won't reveal who he does fight) will leave you breathless, and you will be sad when the movie ends, but I can say the movie does end off with a flashy quote, and with a bang.
