Our bodies are constantly sending out signals of what we're really feeling, especially things that we would never say out loud. Knowing how to read what a particular girl really feels about you will help you decide whether you really want to take things to the next level or not.

This list is not black or white, sometimes girls really do need to fix their makeup or lean in closer to hear what you're saying, but if she does more than one or two of these things while you're on a date or dating, it's a definite sign she's into you.

She exposes her wrists. If she's really interested in you, she will slowly reveal the smooth, soft skin of her wrists. Body language experts say that when women expose their inner wrist it's analogous to them showing off their delicate vulnerable side. Not all women that are attracted to you will go through with this unconscious gesture, but if you do catch it, wrist exposure is a sure sign of interest.

She points her body toward you or faces you. This is a sign that she wants to get closer to you: a definite green light. If she's sitting in a chair and crossing her legs, the leg on top will be pointing in your direction.

When she first sees you she raises her eyebrows. Believe it or not, your eyebrows automatically rise and fall whenever you first see someone you are attracted to. Girls will quickly rise their eyebrows if they like you back. This whole process only lasts about a fourth of a second but it occurs with everyone everywhere in the world. Lifting our brows allows more light to reflect off the eyes, giving them a brighter, more inviting look. Eyebrow flashes are so reliable, sometimes occurring even before women have realized they are attracted to you, that learning to recognize them is a good skill to have.
