Cinnamon Flavored Fire Twizzlers, heard of this candy? I had it some time back and could not find it anywhere till this day. I ma constantly looking out for this fiery fire candy and no one in our locality seems to have either heard about it or tasted. When I try to say something about the Fire Twizzlers while conversing about candies and stuffs like that, they stare at me in disillusionment.

Some one told me that Walgreens has the exclusive right to sell this and when I asked them, they were blissfully unaware of this hot candy. I doubt whether they have discontinued this or is it that it is sold only in selected parts of the country. Wondering where from I got it. One of my friends who came from New York gave me a sample and I just had it without bothering to look into the details and the text on the cover.

Packaging looked stylish and the dark reddish brown color essentially gave the hint about the color of chocolate. Cinnamon Flavored Fire Twizzlers is not like any other round ball or flat candy, instead the shape is totally unique and that is what makes it so special. Actually, 8 thin strings of candy and braided together to look like a plated hair or rope. It is printed boldly in the front of the cover "Pull - n - Peel" and this says it all. When I say rope, it is not that big and voluminous. It is made of thin strings and they are wound tight and you are expected to pull the knot and peel it into individual strings and then chew it. I did not notice this before and tried to force the Twizzlers inside and found it weird. It is not that you can't have it as such, but to get the real texture and appeal, you must have it separately.
