5 Ways to Make Some Extra Cash

Put Some Money Back in Your Pocket

Lets face it we live in a world were MONEY MATTERS. Between paying for gas, food, loans, utilities and saving for retirement we seem to always have very little money left over to do the things we want or buy that brand new iPod we have always had our eye on. These
are some ideas that have worked for me over the years when trying to come up with some extra cash to go spend on what I want.

1)
Fireworks!!! 4th of July!
No, my idea is not to sell fireworks but instead sell glow sticks at fireworks shows. You can purchase glow sticks online or at your local store in bulk for as low as 5 cents and even cheaper. If you go out and sell those glow sticks for two dollars each you will make a profit of a dollar ninety-five each!! Though this will pocket you some serious cash you can really only do this around the 4th of July and at fairs if there are any around you. Make sure that you always get permission first though and check your local laws.

2)
EBay
Yeah I know. You have probably read this in a million other articles on the web but this is a serious moneymaker. I am sure that you would be able to find something out in your garage to sell. You not only will make a profit by selling on eBay but you will be cleaning out old stuff you never used freeing up some more room for you to buy that moped you have always wanted.

3)
Tutor
If you are a student in college or a High school student there is always someone in one of your classes or someone below you who is always looking for help. Take advantage of the moment and put all of that knowledge you have built up over the years to use. You will not only be making some serious cash but you will be helping someone who actually needs it and who knows you might make a friend along the way.

A great way to make some extra cash that you failed to mention is by selling your own items. One thing that almost everyone has in their home are books. There is a website, www.bookjingle.com , that purchases your used and/or new books. They make an instant offer on your books and even give you a label to ship the books to them for free. Payment is sent quickly after the books received, usually less than 2 days. My experience has shown that they offer more than used bookstores and definitely more than a yard sale. You won't get rich but you will make some extra cash!
