Did Britney Spears Divorce Kevin Federline Via Text Message?

If you think selling only 6,000 albums in the first week of a record release was the low-point of Kevin Federline's week,  you may have spoken too soon.

The internet is abuzz with speculation of a text message to K-Fed's sidekick informing him of his divorce with Britney Spears.  Rumors are flying about a recently released web-clip of "Much News" featuring clips of his "MuchOnDemand" interview Monday, November 6.

While at an interview promoting his new album, Playing With Fire, reports state that Federline discussed his "strong" relationship with Spears, and spoke of his affection for his children.  According to Much VJ Sarah Taylor, the interview stalled when the dancer-turned-rapper exchanged text messages with an unconfirmed person, and Federline "appeared to be upset", resting his head in his hand. 

Federline reportedly interrupted the interview for approximately 30 minutes, returning to wrap up his "Exposed" interview
appearing "visibly upset".

With reports of Spears ice skating with former manager that same day, it seems K-Fed may have lived up to the title of his new album.  And hopefully, for our sakes, the fire will fade soon, and we can get back to the standard gossip about anorexic party-girls, power couples turned sour couples, and celebabies who've yet to be photographed.  It's safe to say that even the most addicted gossipmongers will not miss the dirty flip-flops, old under eye makeup, or wife beaters that the Federline-Spears union presented.  And with Federline's album sales the way they are, it seems rap-tragedies such as "Popo Zao" will be a distant memory as well.
