I've heard so many diferent things about this tea. "Don't use in 1st trimester." "Can be used in 1st trimester." "Not good if you had multiple miscarriages." "Can be used during entire pregnancy." What is right and what is not?

I used to have very severe menustral cramps. I would crawl up in a ball and not even birth control pills help with the pain I was in. I try the raspberry red tea . One cup a day for a month and when my period came it was much better. What a relieve.

I tried it before, as I had horrible cramps and heavy bleeding. When I first drank the tea it took a while to work, but I found when I tried the tablets (you have to take the daily or it does not work), it stopped the cycle I hadrly noticed it! I think herbal medicine can sometimes have better benifits than medication, when it does not work anyway. Since it was used since ancient times when times were harder and they had none of the new medication we have now. I also did not want to take the pill for it as was a bit embarressed to go asking for it just for a cycle.

I have enjoyed fresh raspberry leaf tea, and have used a mini crock pot . I put in about three leaves with stem attached. The concoction tastes really good, better than regular tea. What vitamins do raspberry leaves have in them?Another thing the tea does is calm me down and I am able to get to sleep early, and wake up rested...I thought only fireweed had relaxing properties....What vitamins does fireweed tea have? What vitamins do chokecherries have?

Hello, I can you that it worked for my daughter in about 6 weeks. Her periods stopped and all tests were normal and the doctor wanted/almost demaned to put her on birth control pills. We refused. The pills cause a "fake" period. It's not your body working naturally. I told the doc that we wanted to try a natural approach. She said it was highly unlikely to help. So, I researched and learned about Red Raspberry leaves. She takes the brand Nature's Way. Two a day in the beginning 2 months and now one day. She was already taking one 1,000 mg of fish oil and day and a calcium, magnesium, zinc tablet. Her awful cramps are gone, her cycle is regular. I started drinking red raspberry tea each morning and occassionally take a capsule of it. My cramps are next to nothing now as I had bad cramps from uterine fibroids. Good luck. It can't hurt to try and don't give up.

Red raspberry leaf helps in the second stage of labour, as it helps tone the uterus - I would recommend in late pregnancy.
