Review of Total Trainer DLX Black

The Total Trainer DLX Black is truly the bomb! What makes it the bomb in my opinion is that it comes delivered to your door fully assembled! I mean what the heck? Does anything we order in this category ever come fully assembled? It has ten levels of resistance that allow you to continually be challenged and strengthen your cardio and other muscles.

There is a great power weight bar that is great for adding free weight that you might already own. You are able to do pull ups, push ups and use the heavy duty squat board. This really has everything you need to get a great workout right from the privacy of your own home.

Another thing that I think was just a really good idea on the manufactures part is that they have provide you with a DVD that shows you how to effectively use the machine and how to come up with a workout plan to reach your goals.

I knew that I would have to check out the Total Trainer DLX Black when I realized it worked out the chest, arms, shoulders, back, abs and more. The thing that really attracted me the most was the fact that it really works out every part of your arms. I am currently very self conscious of my arms, they really bug so I was more than thrilled about the workouts that can be done for the arms.

The Total Trainer comes with the "Upper Body Workout and Nutrition Guide", this guide teaches you every thing you need to know about building up a great upper body. It gives you instructions on how to the exercises in the most efficient ways. I love that they go a step further and talk about nutrition. Everyone has their own opinion on nutrition and what works best. However, I do recommend reading through guide because you might learn something that you can apply that same day.

The way this machine was designed was not allow your joints to be strained while you are working out. I don't know how they do it, but you can take comfort that nothing on your body will be strained unless of course you use the machine in a way that you weren't supposed too.

I would say this is a great addition to your home and it comes to you already assemble! That alone is very exciting.
