This revelation came to me while I was working as an online English tutor teaching US kids 'English' (Grade 1 to Grade 10) based on their curriculum standards. 'Bookworm Adventures' is a wonderful game I found on this website. I purchased it for my daughter who is in her Grade 5. This game helped my daughter to improve her vocabulary skills.

To start with she coined three letter words, then four and five letter words. Now she tries to coin a ten letter word and smash the enemy at one go. She can now pick out the adjectives and adverbs that can strike the enemy with a severe blow.

There are three books in the Bookworm Adventures. Complete the first ten chapters of a book, it takes the player to the second and then the third book. Each book has ten chapters. Three mini word games helps to gain brownies to complete the ten chapters of a book.

Recently I read an article in the newspaper that discussed how playing on-line games help a person to enhance the ability to solve problems and also to build a healthy attitude toward life. While playing on-line games a player has to smash hurdles and explore a way to rescue someone or win the enemy.

An on-line word game kindles the creativity of a person. It helps the player to focus on a particular problem and come out with solutions. If one plays regularly on-line games, it will definitely help to develop the problem solving skills. Virtual world is full of positive energy that has a tremendous effect on our attitude and personality.

Playing word games that are available on-line not only helped me to come out of depression but it also helped me to get back the vigor and confidence.
