Remove your dentures every night. Put them to sleep in a denture hopper. The hopper should be filled with half warm water and half mouth wash. For daily brushing of dentures, use only a denture brush. Denture brushes are made specifically for dentures. Do not use a regular tooth brush on dentures. Again, damage with occur. Denture brushes are a bit pricier than a regular tooth brush. The extra cost is worth the saving of denture repair work. Use the denture brush to clean all surfaces of the denture. The teeth area, gums, and mouth plate are denture brush safe. Place a towel in the sink when you brush dentures to soften the blow should you drop them. Dropped dentures can break.
