I was able to slip my Luggage Hugger travel product easily over my suitcase, and it did stay on where I put it, since it's elastic-like to provide a snug fit. The soft, durable fabric isn't tight fitting but flexible. I did stretch it, and it still retained its ability to fit snugly on my suitcase. And according to the packaging of this travel product, Luggage Huggers are machine washable, so if it's dirty after a trip, it can be washed in the machine. Additionally, I hand washed this travel product in the sink with some dish soap, and it dried quickly.
