Newsletters are a great way to keep people informed of what is going on either in your neck of the woods, about what is going on with you, your business, and other businesses. A newsletter is a way to keep people informed about anything and everything of which you can think. This type of information service can be a great way to sell products of your own, create a paid-based newsletter for specific information on any topic you have knowledge of, and to build your own little business from your home. One thing to know is you will need to have an autoresponder at least to create an easier way to send your newsletter out on the internet and to be able to gain the email addresses needed for the mailing list.

Local Travel Newsletter Idea

You can create a newsletter for local tourism for your town and including surrounding areas. Travel information is a great way to give travelers free information about local happenings in your area. Also, by creating a local travel newsletter, getting local businesses to purchase small ads in your newsletter can create a new revenue for you.

In this newsletter, your local restaurants sometimes will give you a discount or a free meal for writing a pleasant review of their business for your newsletter. Sometimes these same restaurants will give you a coupon code or give you a discount offer for customers who see their ad or review in your newsletter for mentioning how they found out about them.

Local sight seeing areas may give you a discount or free entrance to their attraction for writing a review about them. Sometimes local attractions will offer the same discounts as mentioned with restaurants.

Small Business Newsletter Idea

Some small businesses that do business around the country or world could offer your stay at home jobs by writing their newsletters for the clients. Not only that they may want someone who could write a newsletter for new clients as well.
